There are many options for companies seeking help to initiate Six Sigma within their organisations. SMG does not seek to move into your organisation and put the proverbial foot in the door.

Our intent is the clinical deployment of efficiencies and bringing clients to self sufficiency as swiftly as possible.  Usually, this means creating a Master Black Belt from within the company to take over our role. At this point we become redundant – there to support if and when needed.

In doing so we deploy efficiency, competence and capability – we are practioners not theorists!

Whether it be the need to integrate Six Sigma to guarantee efficiency increases your business or keep your Six Sigma team at the cutting edge, our programs will produce immediate results.

Six Sigma is a highly disciplined approach to decision making that helps people focus on improving business processes at all levels to make them as near perfect as possible.

It is a methodology that will enable business to increase efficiency and productivity regardless of size or type by reducing error rate to potentially 3.4 errors per one million trials.

The Six Sigma training program is divided into several levels. Each level merits its candidates with specific problem resolution capabilities.

The higher the level, the more capable the trainee becomes in solving critical problems.

Master Black Belts, Black Belts, Green Belts and Yellow Belts are the four principle levels starting with the highest to the lowest in credentials respectively.

For example, Six Sigma GREEN Belt equips organisations with powerful process improvement tools and methods. Certification is attained after GREEN Belts complete rigorous training and submit successful Six Sigma projects.

Certified GREEN Belts are skilled professionals in problem definition, analysis, improvement and control methods leading to significant cost savings for their organisation.

A GREEN Belt certificate is a pre-requisite for advancing into the BLACK Belt program.  The Six Sigma Black Belt Program will mold and teach technical leaders to implement the techniques, practices and principle of Six Sigma with the intention of delivering breakthrough business improvement results.

Six Sigma best targets the following levels:
