Amir Al Hashlamoun (PMP, MCSE) has a strong background in language tuition, information technology training and sales.  He is passionate about professional service.  He believes in offering a swift turnaround to meet clientele needs and has a keen insight into building training structures well suited to specific organisational requirements. 

Amir believes that providing clientele with an attentive service encourages communication and trust.  As such, he attempts to maintain strong and lasting relationships with the business partners and clients he interacts with.  He is fluent in both Arabic and English, and offers an intuitive and experienced discernment into the cultures and lifestyles of the Middle East. 

Munier Kenny believes Client Relationship Management goes further than a vague, periodic telephone call, and that CRM does not simply come to an abrupt end when delegates leave the SMG lecture facility.

A former Training Coordinator for X-Pert Group (Pty) Ltd in South Africa, he prides himself on building strong relationships with course delegates through regular follow-up and assistance with study planning for CAPM® and PMP®. Munier also assists in the facilitation of submitting delegates project management exam applications.

As a Project Management, Customer Services Management and Soft Skills lecturer for SMG, Amber Allum (BEd (Hons), BA, MComn, CAPM) has delivered training both within the UAE and internationally, including Australia, the UK and South East Asia.  Her lecturer audiences have included the Abu Dhabi Ministry of Interior, The Australian Defence Force, Dubai Government – The Executive Council, Higher College of Technology, Nestle and Dubai World Trade Centre.

Amber is experienced in cultural relations and sector sensitivity and during her career, has successfully developed and delivered training programs in diverse environments from lecture halls to boardrooms.  She offers added value through her experience in the fields of public speaking, media broadcast presentation, public relations and communications. 

A journalist by trade, Natasha has experience in the successful management of internal corporate communications, marketing and PR for international organisations in both Southern Africa and the Middle East.  She coordinates all communications and marketing for SMG, as well as client-specific, specialist PR-related requests.  In addition, Natasha oversees the company’s newest division, SMG’s Specialist Staffing Solutions.

Adrian Hayes is the double world-record-breaking polar explorer and adventurer, keynote speaker, corporate coach and sustainability ambassador.  He holds two Guinness World records and his keynotes, leadership and team coaching programmes offer a unique and wide ranging perspective, from his record-breaking expeditions, the corporate and coaching Worlds and the military.  A lifetime follower of politics and international affairs, he is also an ambassador and leader on economic, social and environmental sustainability.

Tom Calderhead offers data centre building, management, and auditing, as well as integration and project management for numerous sectors, including financial, construction and IT infrastructure.  He has spent the past decade in the field of Critical Infrastructure Design and Project Management in the Middle East, Africa, India and the Far East.  Tom’s core strengths are in his ability to coordinate and integrate end-to-end Critical MEP Design & Engineering, Information Communication Technology Infrastructure and Project Management within the critical systems & operational build environment. He is also the founding member of Technical IT Services Ltd, which operates on the back of some of the world’s leading investments banks.
